ADMISSION: We reserve the right to prohibit admittance of pets lacking proof of vaccinations, and/or pets displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, and/or aggressive behavior.
ESSENTIAL VACCINES: Dogs and cats four months and older require current Rabies and Distemper vaccines. In addition, we require a current Bordetella vaccine for dogs. We strongly recommend that dogs be vaccinated every six months against Bordetella. Up-to-date vaccinations are required for any and all services.
HOURS OF OPERATION: We provide 24-hour care for pet guests. We are open to the public Monday - Sunday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. We close in honor of major Federal holidays but are available by appointment. We can accommodate arrivals or departures after 2:00 PM if pre-arranged.
EARLY & LATE FEES: We request that guests check-in no earlier than 12:00 PM and check-out by Noon so that we may prepare for the next guest. Late check-outs or early check-ins shall incur a $25 fee for the additional care and services we must provide your pet during that time. When we are closed to the public, departures and arrivals may incur a $100 After-Hours Fee, if no pre-arrangement exists. This includes the early and/or late fee.
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, & RATES: We accept reservations with a one night deposit. Deposits are refundable only if cancelled 5 days prior to arrival. During holidays and peak season, we require two nights' deposit, refundable if cancellations are made 10 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to require a three night minimum stay. Cancellation of salon and day spa services within 24 hours of appointment time shall incur a 50% service charge. Picking a guest up after 2:00 pm, incurs a full additional days fee. All rates and services are subject to availability and change. We do not up-charge during peak periods.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY & MEDICAL NEED: Pet owners are solely responsible and liable for any and all actions of their pet during the stay at Loving Care, including, and not limited to, injury to itself or to another pet, an Loving Care staff member, or a member of the public. With admittance, you accept responsibility for any expenses resulting from such outside treatment, as needed in the event of accidental injury, illness, or symptoms, arising during or after your pet's stay with us. Please understand that despite Loving Care’s commitment to the highest standard of pet care and supervision and to facility design and cleanliness, accidental injury and illness may occur. In the rare case of an emergency or health concern, we will contact you. We shall administer aid and non-prescription treatments, as needed. If veterinary attention is deemed necessary, we shall take your pet to your veterinarian on record; or, to a 24-hour, veterinary emergency hospital if your vet is not available.
MEDIA RELEASE: Images or videos of your pets and you, as well as any testimonials might be taken for social media or marketing material. Your signature grants unrestricted use and publishing of any such images or testimonials. Your signature acknowledges your awareness and acceptance of our policies, for this and all future visits for all your current and future family pets.
